The River Condos of Asheville

The River Condos in an effort to keep with our environmental commitment has adopted approximately a 2 mile stretch of the French Broad river that flows past our shores.  RiverLink, a nonprofit organization whose mission is to clean up and revitalize Asheville’s waterways has awarded The River Condos our badge of honor after our second organized river clean up.  All condo owners at the expense of the developers will receive a membership to RiverLink as well as three other environmental groups at closing to support the efforts of these groups to preserve our beautiful surroundings.  To learn more about our nonprofit sponsors, click on their links at the bottom of our web pages. 

                 Spring is here in full bloom at The River Condos in Asheville, NC.  Our riverside park is starting to bloom and our seasonal residents have returned to the French Broad river.  The geese are enjoying the park while we are finishing up on the final requests of our construction lender.  Check out the latest pictures and share your thoughts with us.  Thanks for visiting therivercondos.com and come back soon as we get ready to start construction.
